Robust control was studied for a class of uncertainty singular systems with time-delay and disturbance both state in input and disturbance in output.A sufficient condition was obtained for a singular system by using Riccati equation approach and choosing an appropriate Lyapunov function.The design of controller was proposed in terms of the solutions of Riccati equations.For all admissible uncertainties,the closed-loop system was robustly asymptotically stable and satisfies a prescribed performance.The effectiveness of the proposed design method is demonstrated by a numerical example.
