Answer extracting is central to question answer system.Chinese question answer system based on the model of the conceptual matching degree was put forward by using the ontological approach and using for reference from the concept lattice.This model can extract satisfied answer by calculating matching degree.The model adopts quantitative calculation and reduces the problem——answer matching time.
