The distributions of limestone mining area in Hebei Province were studied from the limestone mining area geological structure,area and administrative area.It is concluded that limestone mining area of Hebei province are mainly distributed in the Taihang Mountains and the Yanshan Mountains.In Yanshan Mountains,the limestone ore distribute mainly in Yu Xinglong-Pingquan and Jixian County-Qianxi-Funing,and the Laiyuan-Yixian County-Quyang-Jingxing-Lincheng-Wuan in the Taihang Mountains,which above belong to low hill area.
