The management process and organization structure in office business were optimized to solve the process complexity of office business.The metadata and the technologies of Java and Javabean were used in this article,and the part of dynamic modification was combined with workflow in the research.Though the flexibility of the process modeling and the dynamic control in the execution,the system can get good flexibility and expansibility,and make the response quickly meeting with the change of the different demands.Compared to the tradiontional static process of model definition mode,the new one meets the needs of office business in a certain extent.
