    摘要:

    磁悬浮轴承以无摩擦、高转速、高精度、无需润滑等优点, 成为高速或超高速回转机构中轴承发展的方向之一。本文依据电磁感应理论和自动控制原理, 自行设计和研制出的五维控制磁悬浮轴承装置及其控制系统, 在实验室成功进行了多次长时间悬浮旋转。并在其静态磁悬浮特性和动态磁悬浮特性试验的基础上, 重点对磁悬浮轴承的悬浮能力和闭环控制系统进行了分析研究, 结果表明, 该磁悬浮轴承及其闭环控制系统能成功把9kg重的轴悬浮在空中高速旋转, 为实际应用提供了理论基础和实践依据。

    Abstract:

    Magnetic Bearing has the advantages of no friction, high-speed, high precision, withoutlubrication, it becomes one of the bearing directions of the development of high-speed or ultra-high-speed rotary mechanism.According to the electromagnetic induction theory and automatic controltheory, this paper designed and developed a five-dimensional control of magnetic bearing device andits control system, and successfully conducted in the laboratory many times as a long time suspendedrotating.And on the basis of the static magnetic characteristics and dynamic magnetic performancetest, the magnetic bearings suspended and closed-loop control system were analyzed, the resultsshow that the magnetic bearings and its closed-loop control system can successfully 9kg weight shaftsuspended in the air as high-speed rotation, the results provide theoretical and practical basis for itspractical application.
