    摘要:

    本文通过ANSYS参数化设计模块,建立芯轴三维实体模型,将芯轴的各段直径、载荷、应力及屈服强度等参数设为服从-定分布规律的随机变量,根据可靠性应力-强度干涉原理,建立芯轴极限状态方程,运用ANSYS/PDS模块,采用Monte-carlo模拟技术的LHS抽样法,对其芯轴进行可靠性分析,给出了芯轴的可靠度数值和各参数的灵敏度图,探讨了各设计变量对可靠度的影响规律。本研究可为轨枕螺栓电动扳手芯轴的设计提供理论依据,对芯轴的可靠性研究具有非常重要的意义。

    Abstract:

    This paper established 3D solid model of the electric sleeper bolt wrench core shaft by AN—SYS parametric design module.The core shaft diameter sections, load, stress and yield strength pa—rameters were set to obey a certain distribution of random variables, and according to the reliability of strength interference theory, the core shaft limit state equation was established using ANSYS/PDS module and with the LHS sampling method of Monte—carlo simulation technology, the paper analyzed the reliability of core shaft and gave the reliability and the random parameter sensitivity chan of core shaft, the change rule of the reliability with random variables was discussed.This study can provide theoretical basis for the design of electric sleeper bolt wrench core shaft, and has important signifi—cance for the reliability research of core shaft.
