Abstract:The decision-making of maintenance strategy for mechanical equipment is proposed by using Analytic Hierarchy Process,and then the structure model of Analytic Hierarchy Process is set up for mechanical equipment maintenance decision-making.The main maintenance strategy about mechanical equipment are Break-down Maintenance,Time Based Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance.According to the structure model of Analytic Hierarchy Process,the weight of the judgment matrix and consistency check is calculated byusing Matlab.Finally,the maintenance strategy of mechanical equipment was established on the basis of total weight.The results prove that the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process can effectively resolve the decision-making of maintenance strategy for mechanical equipment.
