    摘要:

    利用Somat eDAQ数据采集系统采集了某国产汽车在通县汽车试验场和襄樊汽车试验场部分道路的道路载荷谱,根据统计学规律,应用Ncode-GlyphyWorks软件进行载荷谱数据处理,把时间序列转化为雨流矩阵,把潜在损伤数据在表格中以百分比数据的形式表现出来。采用道路相关技术和雨流计数得到两个试验场部分道路的当量关系,为汽车可靠性实验提供依据。

    Abstract:

    Using Somat eDAQ data acquisition system acquired parts of load spectrum of a domestic car in Tong county proving ground and Xiangfan proving ground. The Ncode-GlyphyWorks software was applied for load spectrum data processing by according to statistics law,the time series were transformed into the rain flow matrix. The potential damage was showed in the form of percentage data in the form of data. The equivalent of two relations were gotten by Using road-related technologies and rain flow counting proving ground part of the road,which could provide evidence for automobile reliability test.
