Farming culture is an important part of Chinese culture,which is of great importance for the development and heritage of culture.The paper introduced the connotation and main characteristics of the traditional farming culture and analyzed the main way of landscape expression of farming culture.Then the Huaiyang Wugu platform landscape design was cited as an example to show that in the agricultural landscape design we should analyze in-depth the farming culture connotation and retain farming culture gene and express the farming culture through the comprehensive ways of " entity", " thing", " conception".
