Huazhou Academy in Dengzhou,which was founded in Northern Song Dynasty by Fan Zhongyan.And it has been complete repaired and preserved by past dynasties.Through analysis of the characteristics of the site selection,the space pattern,the artistic technique,and the landscape features which adjust measures to local conditions rites and music and the appropriate scale were discussed.The results could provide reference for the study of the academy gardens
