In order to solve the intuitionistic fuzzy environment comprehensive evaluation problem of engineering project,an improved intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is given,and the project risk assessment model based on the improved intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is also established. Risk factors are identified and grouped by hierarchical relationships based on engineering project risk management theory and project features,and engineering project risk evaluation index system is built,By using intuitionistic fuzzy set theory,an improved intuitionistic fuzzy complementary judgment matrix is proposed,attribute weights are given by the use of intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the optimal decision is got.
