Abstract:The existing ultra-high water filling A/B slurry mixture control system detections and controlsflow in order to make sure A/B slurry ratio of 1: 1 strictly.This paper proposes to increase theconcentration control.This paper combines slurry flow and concentration data in real-time detectionwith fuzzy logic inference and the process of biological immune feedback response,the fuzzy immune PID control method is applied to the ultra-high water filling control system.The simulation resultsshow,the optimized control effect is superior to the conventional PID control,it has strong adaptive abilityand robustness.
