According to fine blasting the idea including quantitative design and construction,real-time monitoring and scientific management,this paper took control of blasting technology to achieve aquick and safe removal of Spillway Chamber,excavation blasting fragmentation prediction system isestablished to control blasting hazards,a " fine blasting" technology system which had the characteristicsof the water industry was formed.
