Combined with the historical information during different periods of development in Anyang city, the historical dynasties space under the changes was analyzed, the extremely important factors in the history of environmental on urban development was extracted. By according to the needs of modern urban development of Anyang city, the importance of urban history of environmental protection was discussed to guide the protection of cultural heritage and distinctive regional development of the urban city. Anyang plays a prominent role and has high historical value, but the economic development is relatively backward. In the process of urban economic and social development, we should focus on the protection of historical environment, balance the contradictions between development and protection, and plan the routes of development through the revival of the city's historical development environment.
