The traditional ceramic roller threading manual loading and unloading assembly method has high labor intensity and low production efficiency. In order to reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the efficiency of threading assembly, ceramic roller is taken as the research object. Based on the analysis of the process of ceramic roller shaft assembly, the loading and unloading system for ceramic roller is developed by three-dimensional modeling. The paper focuses on the detailed design of the material storage device, the whole material feeding device and the feeding device of the ceramic roller automatic feeding machine. The developed automatic roller feeding machine and the blanking robot realize the simultaneous operation of the ceramic roller body and the rotating shaft. The storage and loading and unloading at the same time improve the efficiency of the loading and unloading system. The development of the special winding and assembly system for the ceramic roller provides a good foundation for the assembly automation of the roller in the future.
