    为研究阳极-中间孔联合注浆时,不同注浆时序注入CaCl2溶液对电化学加固效果的影响,开展了阳极-中间孔同时注入(S1)、间隔5 h注入(S2)和间隔12.5 h注入CaCl2溶液(S3)的三组试验。通过监测排水量、电流、土体沉降和处理后土体的贯入阻力等指标,对三组试验进行对比分析。研究结果表明:阳极-中间孔联合注浆可以促进上、下半区域处理效果的均一性,推迟中间孔注浆的时间有利于提高总排水量;不同时段在中间孔注浆促进了下半区域的固结沉降,三组试验中,S2试验各点最终沉降相较于S1、S3试验更均匀。试验结束后,S2和S3组上、下半区域的贯入阻力分布范围明显大于S1组,较早在中间孔注浆,不利于上、下半区域的加固。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the influence of CaCl2 solution injection in different grouting sequence on the electrochemical reinforcement effect during anode and intermediate holes grouting, three groups of experiments were carried out, which were injected at the same time(S1), injected at an interval of 5 h(S2) and injected at an interval of 12.5 h(S3).By monitoring the drainage, current, soil settlement and penetration resistance of treated soil, the three groups of experiments were compared and analyzed. The results show that the combination of anode and intermediate holes grouting can promote the uniformity of treatment effect in the upper and lower half of the area, delaying the grouting time of the intermediate hole is beneficial to increase the total drainage. Grouting in the intermediate hole at different times promotes the consolidation settlement in the lower half of the area. In the three groups of tests, the final settlement at each point of S2 test is more uniform than that of S1 and S3 tests. After the experiment, the distribution range of penetration resistance in the upper and lower halves of the S2 and S3 groups is significantly larger than that of the S1 group, grouting in the intermediate hole earlier is not conducive to the reinforcement of the upper and lower half areas.
