    针对因地下车库结露造成的汽车打滑、壁面墙皮脱落、地面发霉等问题,以邯郸某车库为例,通过对实际监测数据进行分析,运用FLUENT软件对车库加装风幕系统进行模拟,设置不同的送风速度,观察车库内空气的温湿度云图状况,并与自然通风工况下车库内温湿度进行对比分析,提出防治措施及通风运行策略。模拟结果表明:当风幕系统送风速度分别为2、4 m/s时,其车库内空气温度分别提升0.7 ℃、1.2 ℃,其相对湿度分别降低5.5%、8.9%,露点温度分别降低至13.92 ℃、13.73 ℃;送风速度由4 m/s增大至6 m/s时,其变化与风速由2 m/s增大至4 m/s时一致,此时,露点温度降低至13.52 ℃,低于壁面温度14 ℃与地面温度15 ℃,防结露效果明显。

    Abstract:

    In response to the problems of car slippage, wall peeling, and ground mold caused by condensation in underground garages, taking a garage in Handan as an example, the actual monitoring data was analyzed. Fluent software was used to simulate the installation of an air curtain system in the garage, set different air supply speeds, observe the temperature and humidity cloud map of the air inside the garage, and compare and analyze it with the temperature and humidity inside the garage under natural ventilation conditions. Preventive measures and ventilation operation strategies were proposed. The simulation results show that when the air supply speed of the air curtain system is 2 and 4 m/s respectively, the air temperature in the garage increases by 0.7 ℃ and 1.2 ℃ respectively, and the relative humidity decreases by 5.5% and 8.9% respectively, and the dew point temperature decreases to 13.92 ℃ and 13.73 ℃ respectively; When the air supply speed increases from 4 m/s to 6 m/s, the change is consistent with the increase in wind speed from 2 m/s to 4 m/s. In this case, the dew point temperature decreases to 13.52 ℃, which is 14 ℃ lower than the wall temperature and 15 ℃ lower than the ground temperature, and the anti-condensation effect is significant.
