      2012, 29(3):1-4,10.

      Abstract (172) HTML (0) PDF 367.96 K (372) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The C40 super fine sand concrete is produced by using Handan local material and the influ-ence of water-binder ratio, fly ash replacement rate, and sand ratio on the 28 d compressive strengthand workability are studied in orthogonal experiment design. The results show that fly ash replacementis the most primary factor effecting on 28 d compressive strength and sand ratio is the most primaryfactor effecting on workability.Appropriate fly ash replacement can improve the 28 d compressivestrength. With the increase of sand ratio, slumps decrease sharply and strength decreases slightly.Itcalls for using the 0.45 as water-binder ratio, 10% as fly ash replacement and 30% as sand ratio tomake reasonable design of mix proportions, we can obtain the super fine concrete strength that its 28d compressive strength reaches to 59.1 MPa, for 60mm of slump.

      Abstract (125) HTML (0) PDF 776.12 K (391) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:In this paper, unsaturated frozen soil moisture and heat transfer coupling model were estab-lished based on the theory of porous media.Assuming that the water migration process was one-wayand reversible and without solute transport, water transport equation of without and with phase transi-tion were derived based on nonlinear Darcy's law. Then the heat transfer equation in soil and thechange equation of quality of soil skeleton density were introduced into the model and in this process, the temperature variation during phase change of water in frozen soil and the interaction between tem-perature and quality changes were considered. At the same time, the effect of diffusion and convec-tion were taken into account too.Eventually the equation of water and thermal distribution of unsatu-rated frozen soil was got.And the method for determining the model parameters was given.Model e-quations are nonlinear partial differential equations, only numerical method but analytical solution canbe obtained.
