This paper introduces the development GSHP in China for the purpose of Environmental protection and scientific distribution of energy.Applications of ground-source heat pump are summed by taking the typical project as the examples.Policies of heat pump application in some foreign countries are introduced in order to guarantee a healthy and rapid development for ground source heat pump in China.It gives suggestions on how to promote the development of heat pump in China on the basis of referring heat pump application in several foreign countries.
