The main factor that affects designing of compound adding story and seismic decrease and characteristics of compound shock absorption layer are discussed.This paper uses time history analysis to analyze one building structure of compound adding story and seismic decrease in using finite element software.The results indicate that this shock absorption system can enlarge the bandwidth of shock absorbing frequency and the arrangement of support is flexible,and the damping effect is relatively remarkable.
