In this paper the process of evolution in the development of practice for construction projects has been basing on the studied. The dynamic changes of process of the construction projects were discussed by perspective of system theory and wisdom methodological framework for the dynamic constructron projects was established in order to provide a new forward idea for the development of con-structron projects.
