In order to identify whether the cracks were caused by non-uniformity settlement, this the-sis describes and analyses different crack types caused by non-uniformity settlement that caused bydifferent reasons.And the method to prevent foundation settlement and the reinforcement measures ofthe upper structure are described in this paper.This thesis has some technical guidance significanceto prevent non-uniformity settlement and to reinforce the upper structure.
