Currently,the bidding system is widely implemented in construction projects.It is a tom-petitive procurement mode and bid evaluation is an important part of it.According to the applicationproblem of bid evaluation model,this paper proposes an unascertained measure model based on entro-py weight evaluate comprehensively.It can be applied to a new area and provide a new method for thebid evaluation.The comprehensive weight which combines with entropy right and subjective weightcan improve the method of calculation for the weights.The determination of evaluation index systemand the quantitative analysis should be scientific and reasonable.The result demonstrates that themodel proposed is of feasibility and practical significance.
