In view of the construction industry which has transformed from cosmically new-building into building-repairing mode,this paper takes the development of limited staff dormitory of Nanjing Meishan engineering as an example,and the inspection of on-site construction,material sampling and date measuring were carried out. The bearing capacities,overall seismic performance of brick masonry dormitory building were analyzed by using PKPM finite element software. The accurate reliability ratings according to results were pointed out.
