Considering water resources exploitation at present in Sanya city,the water resources allocation model based on regulating rules in Sanya city is established. According to hydrological data from 1956 to 2010 and relevant data in the planning year,water resources allocation in Sanya city in2020 is realized. The results have an important significance to promote coordinated development between water resources and social economy.
