    Abstract:

In this paper, authors applied the uncertainty measurement theory to the high-rise constructionsafety risk assessment study.Five first class indexes and the second index of 19 are chosenaccording to the characteristics and the cause of the safety accidents in the high-rise building.Andan uncertainty measurement evaluation model based on the uncertainty measurement theory is proposedfor predicting the construction risk of the high-rise building. The weight of each index is calculatedby using the information entropy, and the risk grade is predicted in accordance with the confidenceidentify rules.A high-rise building is taken as an example, the comprehensive risk rating ofthe high-rise building is predicated successfully and its risk level is shown to be the grade Ⅲ.Therisk evaluations for the high-rise building construction not only include the risk grade of the high-rise building construction period but also reflect the dangerous sources during the high-rise buildingconstruction, which provide effective reference for the security risk evaluation of high-rise building construction.
