    Abstract:

    Logistics distribution activities often encounter with new customer or customer who wants to return goods for refund. The customer relationship management and the disruption management were combined to set up the distribution vehicle disruption management model under the customer segmentation by taking the customer quantity change as the object. Finally, the model was optimized by the plant growth simulation algorithm. Engineering practice verified the validity of the model and algorithm.
