Based on the IFC standard, this paper studies the real-time location algorithm of prefabricated components, utilizes IMU to record the location and attitude data of components in the process of installation and develops software and algorithm based on MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical System) sensor. Combining the existing BIM component library, the automatic generation algorithm of building information model based on IFC standard is studied, and the final IFC data model is obtained by parameterization. it lays a foundation for automatic creation of as-built BIM of prefabricated buildings.
