Abstract:Cold-formed thin-walled steel has large post-buckling strength under compression,effective width method and direct strength method are used to analyze at present.In this paper,with a comparison between the numerical example and experimental results,the different values of ultimate bearing capacity between the two methods and experimental results are found,effective width method given by the technical code of cold-formed thin-walled steel structure is conservative and the results of direct strength method are relatively close to the experimental results,in engineering direct strength method can be taken into account.

Abstract:Vibroplatform test is an important method to study seismic performance of engineering structure.Processing the similarity relation and deducing response of original mold correctly are very important.Taking one four-story frame building as an example,this paperdiscussed the similarity relation of the original model and enough artificial mass and without enough artificial mass,and earthquake response of the original model and model were calculated by using finite element programe;response of original model according to response of the model was deduced;the calculation result from basic natural vibration period,acceleration,velocity,displacement and structural base shear were compared.Finally,the correctness of dynamic similitude law at the elastic stag was validated.

Abstract:Dry jet mixing pile(DJM pile) is a method of the soft soil foundation treatment in strengthening treatment of soft soil Highway's roadbed,such as silt,mud silt,clay,silty soil,and so on.Those calculation methods of the pile-soil stress ratio and the bearing capacity of composite foundation were analyzed by according to the characteristic of bearing capacity and settlement for DJM pile composite foundation on Highway's Roadbed and bridge head embankment of highway.The results are significant for taking account of the effects of pile and soil in the design of the DJM pile composite foundation of highway's roadbed and bridge head embankment of highway.

Abstract:Soil corrosion data in Handan area which obtained from sampling and chemical analysis were analyzed.The corrosion of site soil was evaluated by using relevant software according as code for investigation of geotechnical engineering(GB50021-2001).The results showed that the site soil has medium,weak crystal corrosion and weak decomposition corrosion to concrete structure;Medium,weak corrosion to steel bar of reinforced concrete structure.From the research,the traditional view that there is no the corrosion of the site in Handan city is broken.

Abstract:Deformation characteristics of soil samples in Tianjin city under unloading are studied through a large number of indoor consolidation-rebound tests.The critical unloading ratio R=0.2 where rebound happened and the unloading ratio R=0.9 where strong rebound happened are confirmed after analyzing the relationships of rebound ratio-unloading ratio and rebound modulus-unloading ratio.These two ratios can be used to estimate the depth of unloading influence area and strong rebound area.Therefore,the study in this paper can provide some guidance to design and construction in such unloading projects as foundation pit.

Abstract:By using the form of new rock micro-unit strength based on Twin Shear unified failure criterion,which satisfies weibull random distribution,a statistical damage constitutive model was developed.The parameters have been gotten by using the method for calculating the extremity of function according to the extremity characteristics of rock deformation curve.Comparison with the result of triaxial compression tests shows that this model can reflect well the relationship between stress and strain of rock.Through the discussion on parameters b、m andF0 in the constitutive damage model,it is found that the change of b has no effect on the pre-peak deformation curve and some effect on the post-peak softening phase;the value of m has some effect on the post-peak brittleness;the value of F0 has effect on the peak stress or rock strength.

Abstract:The elastic-inhomogeneous-ring method and beam-spring methods of internal forces calculations for the shield tunnel lining are discussed in detail.As a traditional method of shield tunnel lining designing,the elastic-inhomogeneous-ring is safe but conservative.Combining with a practical engineering example,its internal forces were calculated respectively by the two methods.The results of these two methods were compared and analyzed,and drew the conclusion that the beam-spring method for the designing of the shield tunnel lining is safe and economical.

Abstract:Finite element method as a very effective numerical analysis method applying in the analysis large-scale complex structure.This article introduced the space non-linear finite element analysis method,the iteration method and increases method which was often used in the analysis non-linear problem and their respective shortcomings were discussed.Mixed method which becomes by iteration method and increase method union,effectively solved shortcomings and insufficiencies of purely iteration method and increase method.Finally,the finite element computation to the engineering structure was carried out by applying the mixed method and its bearing capacity was analyzed.The results showed that the error of analysis space non-linear problem could be reduced.

Abstract:Based on the assumption that geogrid and its surrounding soils being a composite material,the effect of reinforcement of dam crest rockfill with geogrids is studied by using nonlinear elastic finite element method.The influence of layer number and modulus of geogrids on effect of reinforcement is investigated.The results indicate that reinforcement is helpful in increasing stability and earthquake-resistant ability of dam crest rockfill.It also shows that effect of reinforcement becomes more evident with more layers and increasing modulus of geogrid.

Abstract:In this paper,we discuss the problem of obtaining the piezoelectric actuator's optimal location and size on the smart structure.At first,the expressions of multi piezoelectric sensor and actuator equation and the expression of kinetic and potential energy were expressed,then construct the optimal rule of piezoelectric actuator's location and size according to the modal controllability and observability and the modal cost.Finally,we use a simply-supported beam to calculate the optimal location and size and establish finite element model of the beam with piezoelectric materials by ANSYS software.The vibration control of structure has become true through compiling the APDL(ansys parameter design language) program and using transient dynamic analysis.

Abstract:The distribution rule of axis force and friction is studied basing on the stress values by test of anchor in PARS in Handan.The results show that the axis force of anchor along the anchoring is descending and there is a maximum moreover the range of variation small in the free-field and the changes along with time;the friction of anchor is increase along the anchoring and tinily along the free-field moreover immutability,the distribution in the large is uneven,the deformation of foundation pit and the friction of anchor increase along with the intensity of cement-treated soil.

Abstract:The test adopted the rapid sewage sanctifier for treating dairy wastewater with the coagulants of AS and PAC.Relation of dosage and the removal rates of turbidity and COD was investigated,and the optimized dosage of AS and PAC is 390 mg/L and 320 mg/L,respectively.At the same time,the synergism of the best inorganic coagulation PAC and organic flocculator polyacrylamide(PAM) in sewage treatment was studied,PAC(240 mg/L)+ PAM(0.5mg/L)is the best and the most economic combination.

Abstract:The initial investment and enhance the efficient of energy-savings will be reduced by Using assistant cooling composite ground source heat pump system.This paper introduces the climate and the overview of building energy consumption of hot summer and cold winter region and analyses the feasibility of ground source heat pump system using assistant cooling equipment in this region.Taking a building in Shanghai for example,the initial investment and operating cost between assistant cooling composite ground source heat pump system and no assistant cooling ground source heat pump system are compared.The results show that the assistant cooling-source heat pump system has great advantages in the reduction of initial investment and operating cost in this region.

Abstract:In this paper,a method of FDA for face recognition is presented basing on image segmentation.First,the original images are divided into modular images,which are also called sub-images;then,the well-known FDA method is directly used to the sub-images obtained from the previous step.The advantage of the represented way is that the local discriminant features of the original patterns can be efficiently extracted,and it is really true of the images that have large variations in facial expression and lighting.The ORL face image database is made use of to simulate,and when the training sample is only one,the recognition rate of 90.83 percent is achieved.

Abstract:A new digital image watermark algorithm of discrete wavelet transform was proposed to guarantee its robustness and security by combining with association memory ability of Hopfield neural network.First,the 2-level discrete wavelet transform was applied to the digital image,then Hopfield neural network disposed of and got back the extracted watermark repeatedly,so it could improve the extracted watermarking image to strength the robustness of the algorithm.Experimental results showed that this method could an resist against noise adding,JPEG compression,image cut and so on.

Abstract:There are many hollow areas underground of Dongjiagou coal mine.Due to construction,the distributions of these areas are detected by seismic CT(Computed Tomography) technology.CT technology of elastic wave which adopts the basic principle of section X-ray scanning is a kind of new method of geophysical exploration.We can get the distribution information of physical parameters of rocks or soil underground by different responses of boundaries to elastic wave.Thirty-four hollow areas are delineated in the study area of Dongjiagou coal mine by CT detecting and some other information.From drilling testing,the exact ratio of location reaches 87.5%.

Abstract:The quantities of bacterioplankton and Chl-a were invested in Bohai Bay from May 2005 to October 2005.The results showed that the correlativity between bacterial abundance and Chl-a's concentration was high in October(r=0.845,p0.01) in surface layer water of Bohai Bay.The percentage of marine bacterial biomass was 0.355%~56.25% during the primary productivity of phytoplankton;The spatial change of BB/PB was higher in offshore than inshore.Exogenous organic matter was an important factor in controlling the distribution of bacterioplankton in August,but it was primary production in October.

Abstract:In this paper,wavelet scaling functions are used to construct the triangular and rectangular wavelet element by analyzing the characters of B-spline wavelet.Based on this,the computation expressions for solving the plane problems are presented,which is a new computing method for solving the plane problems.The results obtained in this paper are compared with those by theories and by Ansys,the numerical example illustrate that the wavelet-based element method has better convergence and higher accuracy.
