    • Experimental study on damage properties of recycled concrete under uniaxial comoresslon

      Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of uniaxial compressive stress on the damage of recycled concrete, real—time ultrasound tests were carried on recycled concrete with different recycled aggre—gate replacement ratio by using ultrasonic detecting technology.The rule of axial compressive damage altered with uniaxial compressive stress was studied by the uniaxial compression tests and real——time ultrasound tests of recycled concrete with different recycled aggregate replacement ratio.The results show that recycled aggregate replacement ratio has remarkable effect Oil the damage of recycled con—crete, and the axial compressive damage of recycled concrete can not be ignored before load get at ul—timate compressive stress.Based on the test results, a damage relational model of recycled concrete is established under considering the effect of uniaxial compressive stress and the initial compressive strength of recycled concrete at different recycled aggregate replacement ratio.

      Abstract:In view of the premature convergence problem of the basic Ant Colony Optimization Algorithm, the basic ant colony algorithm was improved through the introduction of information entropy and the improvement of parameter τ , and the improved ant colony algorithm was used to find the structure of the weakest failure path.On the basis of the geometrical meaning of structural reliability index, the problem of structural reliability index was converted to the corresponding unconstrained optimization problem by use of the penalty function method, and then the Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm was used to calculate the structural reliability index.Taking 10-bar truss for example.its reliability index calculation was compared respectively by means of response surface method, the improved ge· netie algorithm and this algorithm.it is concluded that particle swarm algorithm and ant colony algo。 rithm has high convergent rapid and high precision for solving reliability index.

      Abstract:his text will take the typical slope with hard continuous structure as example, adopt the finite element strength reduction method and the geotechnical numerical analysis software to create the numerical models in order to solve the safety factor and find the slip plane of the model in different structure surface positions, slope angles, structure inclinations.So it is viable to reflect the general characteristics and make modeling.The results show that the safety factor improve gradually with the increases of the distance between the structure plane and the slope foot;when the slope angle becomes large, the shear stress is concentrated to the foot of the slope, then the damage appear;when the slope angle is a certain value, the safety factor with the inclination angle is a U—shaped parabola; the potential slip plane maybe occurs along the structural plane, maybe in the rock slide.The regular understanding of the above geotechnical parameters has effect on the slope stability, which can be used for instructing the project, and there is certain value to popularize.

      Abstract:Comprehensively considering boundary conditions of heat conduction and different thermal properties of steel and normal concrete, the two—dimensional analysis—calculation model of concrete filled double skin steel tubes column section iS established with the finite element method and the tem. perature of different node every moment was obtained.The stress of steel and concrete in certain tem—peratures can be concluded by using constitutive relation between steel and concrete on high tempera· ture and the internal forces of CFDST(concrete filled double skin steel tubes)combination structure column section can be concluded by using superposition principle.The results show that the fire resistance of components would be good by using this kind of steel.The concrete composite structure column section whose temperature of external steel tube is higher than concrete and inernal steel tube and the primary influencing factors of fire resistance are slenderness ratio, strength of internal and ex—ternal steel tubes and concrete and hollow ratio.

      Abstract:According to environment vibration monitoring nearly a year and analysis of a piece of two span continuous composite beams, the paper builds three regression model basing on the mathematical statistics method of the environmental temperature and humidity and the combined beam frequency linear and nonlinear regression analysis.The comparative analysis indicates that the four element line· ar regression model considering the temperature uniformity can not only make the environment temper—ature and humidity and the frequency be more ideal regression effect and good prediction, but also has universal applicability.

      Abstract:In Seven flexural members of rectangular steel tubes filled with high strength grouting are experimental studied in order to investigate those mechanical properties.Furthermore, the flexural bearing capacity and stiffness are investigated on condition that the different height——to——breadth ratio and tube thickness, and these results are compared with the criterion g calculate results of Japan AIJ (1997), Europe EC4(1996), China CECSl59:2004(2004)etc.It shows that the criterion Japan AIJ is safest, the criterion DBJ is close to the test and have good economic engineering application and enough safety stock, and the other three criterions lie between the former two.

      Abstract:Shenyang No.1 line was measured in order to know about the subway tunnel thermal envi. ronment in cold winter.A typical underground tunnel, a tunnel between ground and underground and a typical station were picked as the test content.Test was measured by self—recording instruments to record parameters when train was running.The measurement results show that there exists a high syn—ehronism between the entrance of the tunnel temperature and the outside temperature.Reasonable use of high—power air curtain can effectively improve tunnel temperature in a short time, and it will en—sure the tunnel temperature will stay above zero from the first station, which could make the fire pro—tection system avoid freezing without insulating course.The heat produced by train and platform have an intermittent influence on tunnel temperature by piston effects with the piston shaft off.And the air temperature fluctuates in the range of 1 degree Celsius, which always lower than the heating temperature in station.So this energy will not be able to use by the ventilation and air condition system of sta—tion.It is suggested here that using an adjustable ventilation platform doors and realizing its shielding function in winter will be an effective way to prevent energy dissipation.

      Abstract:Sandstone is composed of detrital composition and interstitial material, in study area.Mineral debris mainly composed of quartz, feldspar and muscovite, in addition to small amount of epi—dote, tourmaline, magnetite, pyrite, garnet and zircon, etc.The rock debris are mainly composed by siliceous debris, mud debris, slate debris and phyllite debris.The interstitial material includs matrix and cement.It is found that matrix can further be subdivided into protomatrix.orthomatrix. pseudomatrix and the cements are mainly calcareous and muddy.The resoults shows that type of sandstone rock, in Xujiahe Formation of Huangjinkou exploration area, is mainly lithic sandstone, fol—lowed by lithic quartz sandstone and a small amount of quartz sandstone.

      Abstract:The average content of Gallium in Bai色minefield is from 12.891 ppm to 4.256 ppm, the content increases from top to bottom with the coal seam.Analysed the Gallium content.it iS conclu—ded that the distribution of Gallium, roughly the content of northeast and southwest area is high, and middle area iS lOW.Using correlation connecient method analyse the correlation between the content of Gallium with the maceral and ash.the content of Gallium has no relevance with coal macerals。and iS positively correlated with ash.The results indicated that Gallium mainly exists in clay minerals.Com. bined with the distribution characteristics, the geology circumstance of the coal and the characteristics of coal quality and coal rock.the accumulation and distribution of Gallium are mainly controlled by the terrigenous clastic, sedimentary environment and groundwater.

      Abstract:The necessity of mine water for recharging and the significance of recharge engineering a—bout Wu tongzhuang Coal Mine were discussed at the beginning of this paper, the technology and method of groundwater recharge were introduced, and then, the hydrogeology conditions of recharge in this mine were discussed.On the basis of above all.the technology study of mine water is re. charged to the aquifer in Ordovician limestone was carried out, the program of experimental engineer—ing about continuous recharge and timing recharge about redelivery were firmed.The reduction values of decreasing range about recharge water level and quantity are as evaluation standard on the effect of recharge, the reduction value of water level is 3.36 mm and the reduction value of water quantity is 0.224×10-3m/m3 before and after recharging.The feasibility of mine water recharge was evaluated from the hydrogeology conditions after recharging, the affect of aquifer and water quality through dis—posing, and the program of recharge engineering at the end of paper.

      Abstract:Aiming for the various type hydropower stations, artificial neural network with Genetic A1- gorithm have been adopted to establish the energy characteristic model of the hydropower station.In this paper, the polynomial method is adopted uniformly to calculate sectional head loss of water diver—sion pipeline for each water turbine generating set respectively.For the relationship of the downstream water level and the flow, besides the application of the polynomial calculation method, for the special case, the logic condition input mode is introduced to be programmed and the system for general optimization of hydropower station is also designed having been in trial operation for some hydropower sta—tions which show the good adaptability in processing the parameters, head loss and downstream water level and so on.

      Abstract:n order to increase the automatic cruise smart car'S speed, we raise the analog CCD camera, reduce its angle of depression, and build a high—speed AD converter circuit outside the micro—controller.In the driving part, we use the H—bridge driver circuit to drive the smart car forward and brake.The real—time speeds were obtained combining with speed encoder, and controlled by PD al—gorithm.In the turning parts, we improve servo mounting for vertical through heightening its position. The conclusions prove that the smart car get a greater foresight and a sensitive turning response.It can operate quickly and stably.

      Abstract:According to the structure of the high speed electric spindle, the main heat transfer mecha—nism and the rate calculation method of heat source production.the calculation parameters were put into ANSYS finite element analysis software and the element analysis model was established in order to get electric spindle temperature field information.The influence of bearing preloaded forces, the no—tor speed, bearing cooling air flow rate on electric spindle hot modal were analyzed.The results show that the size of the preloaded force has little influence on the temperature rise of bearing;Motor speed and cooling air flow have apparent influence on the temperature rise of bearing.According to the re. suits, this paper puts forward improving electric spindle heat response measures.

      Abstract:The preparation of kaolinite samples of coal measures needed to meet the using of power ul—trasonic peelling is made at first.Then, the peelling tests by power ultrasonic were taken under the various condition of concentration of kaolinite.the surry volume and the action time.The factors which influence peelling of kaolinite such as concentration of kaolinite in the peelling process, the surry volume and action time were discussed.It SHOWS that in order to obtain the desired peelling re—sults, we should select the appropriate parameters of concentration, surry volume and action time. Theoretical analysis of power ultrasonic peelling mechanism were made, and the relationships among cavitation threshold pressure PB, liquid surface tension, the transient pressure when the collapse of the cavitation bubbles, transient temperature and SO on were presented.

      Abstract:Mn3(Cu0.6Si0.15Ge0.25)N/Ag composites were prepared by mechanical ball milling and solid state sintering.The thermal expansion coefficients, electrical conductivities and thermal conductivities of Mn3(Cu0.6Si0.15Ge0.25)N/Ag composites were studied in the temperature range from 77 K to 300 K.All samples with Ag amount of 1.5, 10 and 20 wt%show negative thermal expansion (NTE)within an effective temperature range from 205 K to 275 K.It is interesting to find that the effective temperature range of NTE moves toward room temperature and becomes narrower with the i13- crease of Ag content.Furthermore, Mn3(Cu0.6Si0.15Ge0.25)N/Ag composite exhibits a higher electri—cal conductivity of 1106(Ohm·m)-1 and thermal conductivity of 10.5 W/(mK)than that of Mn3(Cu0.6Si0.15Ge0.25)N.

      Abstract:The automatic separation technology of coal gangues is studied.According to the difference between gray and texture of coal and gangue, the paper identify the basic characteristics of coal and gangue using image processing technique, get the gray and texture of coal and gangue'S images after image preprocessing and recognition, median filter principle, edge detection algorithm and SO on are used in the process of image analysis.Taking the mean and variance of gray probability distribution getting from histogram as the standard value to store in the computer, the paper compare it with the actual image processing result and realize automatic separation of coal and gangue combining with sin—gle chip microcomputer and control equipment.

      Abstract:The anti solving equations were established according to the a 3——UPS——1——PS parallel mechanism model, hardware composition and control principle and the speed transfer matrix of the parallel mechanism was confirmed;Aimed at characteristics of 3-UPS-1-PS parallel institutions, multi—axis motion control system based on LabVIEW was developed by according to the“PC+no—tion control card”design.The design was expected to drive control of the organization through the PCI -7354 motion control card and UMI-7774 data acquisition card.Simulation results show that the system is capable of accurate single—axis and multi—axis contr01.The system software is easy to op—erate and friendly interface.

      Abstract:This paper established 3D solid model of the electric sleeper bolt wrench core shaft by AN—SYS parametric design module.The core shaft diameter sections, load, stress and yield strength pa—rameters were set to obey a certain distribution of random variables, and according to the reliability of strength interference theory, the core shaft limit state equation was established using ANSYS/PDS module and with the LHS sampling method of Monte—carlo simulation technology, the paper analyzed the reliability of core shaft and gave the reliability and the random parameter sensitivity chan of core shaft, the change rule of the reliability with random variables was discussed.This study can provide theoretical basis for the design of electric sleeper bolt wrench core shaft, and has important signifi—cance for the reliability research of core shaft.
