Abstract:Based on adjusting the plane layout of shear wall with a frame-shear wall structure, the modal of each plane layout scheme was analyzed by using Sap2000 and the seismic action was calculated by using response spectrum method. The influence of plane layouts of shear wall on frame-shear wall structure seismic response was investigated. It was found that the seismic performance of the improved model was significantly improved, and the longer the distance of shear walls to the center of rigidity was,the better the torsional effect will be. The reasonable shear wall layout could effectively improve the seismic performance of a frame shear structure.

Abstract:Using high-strength stirrups can form an effective constraint on high-strength concrete and greatly improve the deformation capacity, which above lay the foundation for high-strength longitudinal reinforcement used in the compressed member. This paper puts forward using high-strength steel bars( above 500 MPa) as longitudinal reinforcement of high-strength concrete column confined by high-strength stirrups. At first, the finite element model results were compared with the test results under the same parameters, and the accuracy of the model was verified. Then, the influence of the stirrup spacing and longitudinal reinforcement ratio on longitudinal reinforcement stress level and concrete strength were analyzed by using the finite element method. The results show that high-strength longitudinal reinforcement will play a good role in the member with reasonable stirrup spacing. Finally, the relationship between the strength of longitudinal reinforcement and bearing capacity of the member were discussed. The results provide a reference for theory research and application of high-strength longitudinal reinforcement used in confined concrete column.

Abstract:Being taken into account the nonlinearity of soil, the interaction of soil and shield tunnel, grouting pressure, jack thrust pressure and airlock earth pressure to establish a three dimensional nonlinear finite element model was established by using the finite element program Midas / GTS. The influence on the surface settlement of adjacent surface structures and shield tunneling was studied. The result shows that the maximum settlement value with structure is smaller than which without structure; the maximum settlement value is on the opposite direction of the structure, and deviates from the central axis of the shield; the closer to the lateral earth pressure at rest the shield support pressure is,the smaller the surface subsidence will be; reasonable control shield tunnel parameters( grouting pressure, jack thrust) can effectively reduce surface settlement.

Abstract:Based on the soft soil foundation of Tianjin Binhai New Area, the change of pile group effect coefficient in different pile length, pile diameter, pile spacing and different number of pile were analyzed by using the finite element software MIDAS. The result shows that the pile group effect coefficient decreases as the increase of the pile length, pile diameter and pile number. The pile spacing has little effect on the pile group effect coefficient. The load ratio shared by the soil under the cushion cap increases as the pile spacing, the pile diameter decreases and as the pile length, pile number increases.

Abstract:Rock slope stability analysis is a probabilistic problem. The equivalent linear parameters derived from the Hoek-Brown criterion and the jointly distributed random variables methods are used to determine the probability distribution of the safety factor. The program from the Matlab is provided to take place of the calculation. The result confirms the feasibility of the jointly distributed random variables method and shows that the safety factor approximately obeys the normal distribution. The jointly distributed random variables method can provide a rapid evaluation. Besides, the sensitivity analysis to the parameters shows that the more effective parameter is the horizontal seismic acceleration rather than the water depth of the tension crack.

Abstract:Experiment analyses were carried out on dustfall samples which were collected from three sampling points in Fengfeng District according to the changes of seasons. The results showed that the distributions of n-alkanes in dustfall can be mainly divided into two types with the CPI values ranging from 1. 54 to 10. 54,including behind peak type and dual distribution type. Both of them take C29 as main carbon. N-alkanes in dustfall mainly come from fossil combustion such as coal when in winter but come from bio-organic matter like higher plant and pollen in the other seasons. Source of bio-organic matter are gradually reduced from spring to winter, while fossil combustion sources are increased.

Abstract:The relation between the porosity, nonuniformity coefficient, curvature coefficient and permeability coefficient was analyzed by changing the fine particle content. The relationship between the gravel soil permeability coefficient and porosity feature parameters was discussed. The gravel soil permeability coefficient and three pore characteristic parameters of multivariate regression model were established. Research results show that gravel soil coefficient of permeability and the three pore characteristic parameters is comprehensive, the individual parameters' influence on the permeability coefficient is random; 40% of the fine particle content can be used as the boundaries of the coefficient of permeability of sand gravel content, when the fine particle content higher than 40%,the permeability coefficient decreases smoothly along with the increase of fine particle content; When the fine particle content is less than 40%,the permeability coefficient decreases rapidly along with the increase of fine particle content. Only using the same skeleton structure characteristics of the soil could meet the consistency change law of permeability coefficient.

Abstract:To research on the effects of specific factors affecting the flow of human capital, this article builds a regression equation with net flows of human capital as the dependent variable, professional levels of human capital, industrial agglomeration, urbanization rate and GDP per capita as four independent variables, and empirical tests of the effects of each factor on the current human capital flow in Hebei province. In the case of removal of multicollinearity and correction for heteroscedasticity, empirical results show that specialization human capital stock and urbanization rate have the negative effect on human capital flow in Hebei province, and the level of industry concentration has the positive effects on human capital flow in Hebei province, but its effect level is far behind other provinces and cities in the eastern region.
