This study analyzed the production of green universities in the world and the development process in China.It summarized the significance of the construction of Green University in our province which is the strong support of ecological civilization construction of our province and the whole country as a whole,the important carrier of cultivating talents of sustainable development and the inherent demands to achieve Great-leap-forward development of universities in our province.Due to the problems such as insufficient attention of government departments,theoretical research lagging far behind the practice and underexploitation of green education,suggestions are proposed in this paper:government should play a guiding role in charge of green university construction in our province,continue to strengthen the construction of Green University publicity,and make scientific plan to fully organize and carry it out.
