In the new urbanization process, the relationship between urban residents and agricultural population transfer are the important factors that affect the process. There should be arational cognition on two groups of potential conflict; and on this basis, we build concrete mechanism to promote harmonious relations between the two big groups, and improve the citizenization of agricultural transfer population.
