    摘要:

    高校青年教师最重要的任务是提高自身的教学水平和能力,促进教学的发展。但如高校青年教师自身没有积极的态度去参与,一切教育改革和培训都等同于纸上谈兵,流于形式。因此,重视和激发教师自主发展意识,通过学习、实践、反思、再学习,最终提高和培养其教学能力,就显得尤其重要。围绕这一主题,从三个方面提出了高校青年教师课堂意识的形成模式:⑴注重理论与实践的结合。⑵重视对大学教学内容、教法的研究。⑶着力对大学生学法的研究。

    Abstract:

    The most important task for young teachers in colleges and universities is to improve their teaching levels and abilities, and to promote the development of teaching. But if the young teachers themselves do not have a positive attitude to participate in, all educational reforms and trainings are equivalent to an empty talk,and become a mere formality. Therefore, it is particularly important to pay attention to and stimulate teachers' awareness of self-development, and to improve their teaching abilities through learning, practice, reflection and relearning. This paper focuses on this topic from three aspects of the young college teachers classroom consciousness construction mode:firstly focus on integrating theory with practice, then the strengthening of the university teaching contents and teaching methods,and lastly by strengthening the study on the learning methods of college students.
