College students' entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial ability and the corresponding innovative practice play a crucial role in Chinese economic development and its structural change. So the primary task for collges and universities is to cultivate students' entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial ability. While the condition is not satisfactory, many collge students' lack enterprise awareness and entrepreneurship, and they lack entrepreneurial ability, and enterprise condition is difficult. The practical issues poses serious challenges for collge students and make it tough for students to start a business. This paper analyzes the importance and condition for collge students' entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial ability, and give means of cultivating college students' entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial ability in new situations.
