Under the background of the new normal, colleges and universities must carry out the entrepreneurship education to create a rich and powerful democratic society, as well as a harmonious and beautiful socialist modern system, deeping the reform of higher education comprehensive transformation of the mode of development and promoting employment, entrepreneurship, etc. All of above is of great significance. In this paper, based on the “four new horizon”, which base on the government, university, family and student development of four dimensions, we have achieved multi-level and comprehensive surveys and grasped the development of the college students' entrepreneurship education innovation.
