It is an inevitable requirement for rural development and the enhancement of the leadership of the Party to improve the cohesion of rural grassroots party organizations. However, for various reasons, the cohesion of grassroots party organizations in many rural areas has somehow weakened. In order to solve the problem, we should strengthen the leading group construction of the rural Party branches, build up incentive mechanism of local cadre, improve the executive abilities of rural grassroots Party organizations, and cultivate the young talents.
