In order to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the rural masses and promote the rural cultural development and the new rural construction, the university libraries take advantage of its literature information resources and its talent and technical strength to co-construct "farm bookstore". This paper proposes many strategies such as, the provision of books, journals and video resource to the farm bookstore, opening the digital consulting service and long-distance education service, and promoting literature and art services going to the countryside. University libraries should take advantage of these strategies to carry out cultural services and thus support rural economic and cultural development.
