The fair competition review system, which began in 2016, has further enhanced the anti-monopoly consciousness of administrative subjects, highlighted the responsibilities of the government in maintaining a unified market and a competitive and orderly market economy, marked the establishment of the basic position of China's competition policy, and also meant the further improvement of the anti-monopoly legal system. Since the establishment of the system, the system has been implemented from the national level to all provinces and cities. However, the fair competition review system needs to be further strengthened and improved, regardless of its connotation or review mechanism in practice.
