At present, the staged task of poverty alleviation is being accomplishedsoon. But, how shall we define the "after 2020" poverty reduction strategy positioning and the governance system for the Yanshan-Taihang Mountainous area? Concerning the variation tendencies in the direction and priority of the "after 2020" poverty reduction strategy, cultural poverty alleviation can be regarded as an appropriate path for sustainable development. To perform well in the poverty alleviation in the Yanshan-Taihang Mountain area, by analyzing the multi-dimensional and in-depth relationships between poverty alleviation and the rural revitalization and by re-identifying both the poverty alleviation culture and its system from the perspective of cultural origin, we need to highlight cultural poverty alleviation, and thus eventually add some fresh content into the cause of rural revitalization. In terms of development path, we should consider to build a sustainable development path for the cultural poverty alleviation in the Yanshan -Taihang Mountain area in the Hebei Province, which integrates such different patterns of economic, industrialized, market based, cultural, "culture+" poverty alleviation as well as accurate poverty alleviation.
