    摘要:

    严格的自律行为是思政课教师个人素养的重要内容,增强新时代思政课教师自律行为是落实立德树人根本任务的必然选择。新时代,我国部分思政课教师在思想、言语和行为上都存在一定的不自律现象,这主要由于教师职业理想不明确和规则意识不够强以及高校制度体系不完善所导致。增强思政课教师自律行为,要坚持以职业理想提升育人意识、以制度建设培育规则意识、以经典著作提升理论水平、以实践活动培养行为习惯,推动思政课教师实现从严自律。

    Abstract:

    Strict self-discipline behavior is an important part of ideological and political teachers'personal accomplishment, and strengthening self-discipline behavior of ideological and political teachers in the new era is an inevitable choice to carry out the basic task of moral education. In the new era, some ideological and political teachers in China are not self-disciplined in their thoughts, words and behaviors, which is mainly due to the lack of clear professional ideal and strong sense of rules, as well as the imperfect system of institutions of higher learning. To strengthen the self-discipline behavior of ideological and political teachers, we should persist in promoting the consciousness of educating people with professional ideals, cultivating the consciousness of rules with system construction, promoting the theoretical level with classic works, and cultivating the habit of behavior with practical activities, promoting Teachers of ideological and Political Education to realize strict self-discipline.
