This paper firstly brings forwards the general conceptual model of super-large engineering construction projects,then advances an integrated conceptual model,based on finally reaches the project management factor integrated conceptual model from the perspectives of objectives,life-cycle and participants.Moreover,this paper took Health,Safety Engineering(HSE)into consideration,which are being paid more attention than other factors in engineering construction projects.
