Meanwhile,the evaluations on web-based course should be accordance with the development of distance education nowadays;also it should reflect the goal,characteristics and methods of distance education.The paper relates the content of standards and assessment system of high-quality online courses,and compares with that of online courses in MVU from the meaning,the structure and the use.
