Abstract:Under the condition of the market economy,the environment of the university financing had unprecedentedly changed.Thus introducing the market mechanism into the university financing is on the agenda.The new pattern of the financial management in colleges and universities under the market economy is proposed in this article based on the hierarchical management theory and the principal-agent theory in order to make the colleges and universities in china develop quickly and orderly.
