Entrepreneurial environment is the key issue of entrepreneurship research,we try to construct the entrepreneurial environment framework based on the systems theory,equilibrium theory and endophytic theory and study the relationships among the entrepreneurial opportunity,entrepreneurial environment and the performance of the new business.Finally,we give the definition of Entrepreneurial environment and analyse its influencing factor and boudary.
