This paper explores the multi-media bilingual teaching of structural mechanizcs.First,it puts forward the necessity of enforcing this innovation,then analyses the goal and measurement of this innovation.At last,points out that the application of multi-media can improve the efficiency of bilingual teaching profoundly and activate the interest of students' learning greatly.
