Educational technology training for teachers in university is a significant measure to promote teachers information literacy and pushing forward educational informationization.To deepen the revolution of education and to improve the quality of teaching it has become the essential act of educational technological training,It is not the training for computer operating skills,but the training for application of teaching based on mastering modern educational ideas and under the direction of modern educational views and the idea of teaching design based on information techniques such as multimedia techniques,network techniques.This article mainly argues about modern educational techniques training for teachers in universrty.
