Through the comparative analysis of 25 university journals of liberal arts in Hebei province,we find a lot of valuable experiences in editing and arrangement.Meanwhile,there also exists some problems of standardized editing in layout design,headline classification,index,identification code marking,reference recording,and so on.Based on years of editing practice and understanding,the author has a rough exploration on the above problems.
