It is the"Legislation Law"that challenge the validity of judicial interpretation of the Supreme People Court.In fact,the judicial interpretation in legislation law is legislative interpretation and the Correlative articles of correlative laws,such as Organic Law of the People's Courts,provide the legal basis for the validity of Judicial Interpretation.The focus of study should be on how to exert the power of the judicial interpretation,not on questioning ist validity.
