Under the new situation,the ideology of young workers is experiencing an extremely drastic change,which pose much higher requirement for the work of improving young workers'ideology.This essay concentrates on the"Five Inno- vations"which are based on the concept,content,approach,channel and the mechanism while strenythening the ideo- logical and political work of young workers.The young members of staff should regard innovation as motivation,enhance the sense of time,and practically improve the aim and efficiency of the ideological and political work .
